Re: installing a revision control system

I've installed an SVN repository in the Lenny chroot (see dedicated posts : no need to alter the base installation, just to add Debian files) ; it works fine !
It runs svnserve ; I can access it from anywhere, and it's really great.

Re: Installing Lighttp + PHP + MySQL. Please help!

Yes, I run a wordpress blog (for backup only).
I use my Debian chroot, where I can apt-get install any stuff, and that does not touch the existing software.
For more info, you can find dedicated posts on this forum, which the whole chroot

Re: Network Space 2 firmware 1.2.5, what's new, SSH access?

Add "noatime" to your mounted points, so that disks won't store the access times. mount | grep -E '(/dev/sda|unionfs)' | awk '{print $3;}' > /var/run/mounts tac /var/run/mounts | while read d ;do mount $d -o remount, noatime ; done Also, you can change the /etc/cron.d/logrotate file to make it run wh...

Re: Web Interface don't start on NS2

you may have a look at the http server logs to see if there is an error when loading the interface ; see http server conf file to check if and where they are enabled. (I can't help you more at the moment, I don't have access to my box)

Re: Network Space 2 and Twonky Configuration

1) ensure the file is really named getuptwonky.php and not getuptwonky.php.txt (in notepad, if you don't select "type: all files" in the save dialog, it adds the txt extension ; and windows might not tell you it explicitely  ) 2) what do you get on your browser screen when you browse http://<I...

Re: Exists Anyway of put an USB Wifi Donge to NetworkSpace 2

the usb front port seems really standard. For example, in my case, it pilots a programmable-socket (see http://sourceforge.net/projects/sispmctl/ ), without any problem ! I compiled the driver using the chroot (see dedicated posts) that can embed directly standard wifi/BT drivers if needed, I guess,...

Re: Network Space 2 and Twonky Configuration

I've bought a Network Space2 and I want to configure Twonkymedia. If you just want to configure twonkymedia, and if you won't be interested in having root access to the board, I can do something very simple to get the configuration web interface to work, so that you can set the parameters you want ...

Re: SVN on Network Space 2

You can chroot Lenny on the box , and then install Lighttpd and Subversion . lighttpd is already installed on the box and works fine. Just change its configuration file to match the needs of SVN. You can move the NS2 admin console to another port (like 8080) if you need to dedicate port 80 to SVN, ...

Re: Networkspace 2

NS1 might be VERY short on CPU and RAM to run a chroot, but you may give it a try ! ;) Execute each of these lines, taken from the .profile, and give me the output mount proc /lenny-arm/proc -t proc mount sys /lenny-arm/sys -t sysfs mount usbfs /lenny-arm/proc/bus/usb -t usbfs mount -t none /dev /le...
