File Recovery

Hi I managed to delete some albums in Media Monkey wich is like an explorer so I actually deleted the files from my Ready Nas Duo. I tried some recovery programs but they doesn't work on Netgears wierd file format ie non FAT, NTFS Does anyone have an idea on how to recover the files? And the Recycle...

Problem solved :D I did not manage to get it working in the Iomega cabinet but after re installing the firmware (it did not go so well at the end of the procedure mentioned here http://iomega.nas-central.org/wiki/Installing_firmware_on_a_new_disk_(Home_Media) ) I found all the files with Knoppix and...
