and still my EDMini won`t boot to hell up
If you've checked and re-checked everything, I would suggest you use a serial console to find out what"s going wrong.
You could also try CLUNC which you can get here
CLUNC is a netconsole which is sort of a poor man's serial console.
The advantage is that it works with just an ethernet connection and you don't even have to open the box.
It is supported by U-Boot but I am not sure whether support is compiled into the stock Linux kernel.
I cannot tell you much more as I have never used it.
You say you bought it yesterday and it is already dead
Did you buy it second hand?
Maybe the seller didn't tell you the full story
Anyway if you can get a U-Boot prompt with CLUNC, I am sure you will be able to revive it
