Here is the bootlog of the kernel I configured.
You will see that :
a) SATA is OK.
b) RTC is not detected.
c) Mine needs mem=64m for it to boot correctly but your's doesn't.
The init part is from a Maxtor Shared Storage II but slightly modified.
