Hi.

Has anyone been successful replacing the stock drives in d2 Ethernet Big disk
and install only one single disk ?

And also, is there a way to use 4K (advanced format) disk in those boxes ?

I'm using the Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003

I have been trying to install a single 4K disk (1TB) without luck.
All the images located here are I think are for 512bytes sector drives.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks allot people.

Best regards,
Svavar - Reykjavik - Iceland

fdisk -lu shows me

Code:
Note: sector size is 4096 (not 512)

Disk /dev/sdb: 1000.2 GB, 1000204886016 bytes
243 heads, 35 sectors/track, 28711 cylinders, total 244190646 sectors
Units = sectors of 1 * 4096 = 4096 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 4096 bytes / 4096 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 4096 bytes / 4096 bytes
Disk identifier: 0x0005c0c3
