Auto login through web interface

Post by sirko » Thu May 13, 2010 3:50 pm

Is there anyway to automate the web login, every time it asking for user and pass it's so annoying to type them. I'm thinking to make simple html page with form containing user and pass and send them to nas. something like this:

Code: Select all

<html>
<head>
	<meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
	<title>nas auto login</title>
</head>
<form method=POST action="http://192.168.1.150/">
<input type="text" name="gwt-TextBox" value="admin">
<input type="password" name="gwt-PasswordTextBox" value="MY_PASSWORD">
<input type="submit" value="try it">
</form>
</html>
Could someone tell me where I to send the form, which file and are the textbox names correct?
If I make it works I'll put some basic javascript to send the form when page loads.

Firebug extension to Firefox is your friend. It will show you the exact request sent to the box, as well as the form details if needed.
