Manual method works well ... after that, i tried disable firewall and install NAS with zyxel utility and it works too.

but there is last problem :( ... i'm unable to create logical volume and upgrade FW (to 441AFD0C0)

All errors in your bootlog are as far as I can see caused by the lack of a data volume.
mdadm: cannot open /dev/sda2: No such device or address
Apparently the 'volume creator' assumes the partition is already there. But it isn't. So use fdisk to create a 2nd (primary) partition, which spans the rest of the disk, and retry to create a volume.

Is the box supposed to be upgradable without data volume? I can imagine it needs it to store the new firmware temporary.

you're right. Problem was, that i manually create partition across whole disk before installation. When I deleted all partition from disk and runned installation again, all finished well.
