Also if you find any useful information here in the forums that would make a good wiki article or are able to help add and organise information for your devices remember your login here will also allow you to edit the wikis - any help here is appreciated!

Re: Lacie & Zyxel Downloads Areas Available - Needs Your Help!
What about uploading GPL sources of default firmware? gpl.nas-central.org is not up-to-date.
Re: Lacie & Zyxel Downloads Areas Available - Needs Your Help!
Hi - are these available online somewhere for your manufacturer or do they need requesting? If latter people can upload them to home areas and we can move them to the right place on request. I am going to fix your access up today!
Re: Lacie & Zyxel Downloads Areas Available - Needs Your Help!
The firmware I'm triggering on at the moment, ZyXEL NSA-210, is freely downloadable, but the line is painfully slow. It doesn't matter for me, my NAS has time enough, but a faster mirror would be convenient.

TimTim, can you confirm if it is OK to upload images of drives?
Also once we have an account with Bugtracker, how do we upload to the FTP site?

Re: Lacie & Zyxel Downloads Areas Available - Needs Your Hel
Hi Mattylad - yes images are fine - ideally accompanied with GPL sources.
Once you have registered file a bug requesting access to a specific downloads area (lacie, buffalo, etc) and we will enable your bugtracker account for ftp access - we have a special ftpd linked to the bug tracker logins. This also gives you developer permissions in the bug tracker so you can manage bugs people file with your uploaded software.

Re: Lacie & Zyxel Downloads Areas Available - Needs Your Hel
I would like to upload some files from Steppenwolf to the Lacie download section to add SSH, NTP, Telnet, XFS and CUPS stuff to the 2Big Network v1
Is that the idea as well?

Re: Downloads Areas Available & Upload Access
I can see the download area in my browser, the only thing in it is the nas central icon. I do not see how to upload files.
