My NAS is up and running version 2.2.5. However any attempt to update to further version fails. I tried thru LNA Restore, LNA Update NAS, Web Dashboard and Share/Update.
Solved: Force Update (copying the caspule file in Shared/Update) + Factory Reset.
The key here was to properly Factory Reset : Pushing the button + POwer ON to get the RED LED but THEN
**RELEASE the Button and PUSH A SECOND TIME** after the LED turn solid BLUE
