I am hoping someone can provide a solution to my 2Big nas dashboard and file system not being accessible. I had the same problem and have carried out several reset procedures as described by the LaCie support team however when i visit the NAS dashboard through a web browser all i get is a please wait while loading message and the loading bar does not move. The issue is i can see the NAS using the LaCie Network assistant and have tried to update the software through that with no luck.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
