I have been experiencing a couple of issues with streaming from the network space max recently so decided to reset back to factory settings to see if this would help.
I did what the manual said and turned off the unit and then kept the button pressed for 10 seconds, I then pressed it again when the red light showed.
When I log into the welcome page, it asks for an admin password which I enter, but when I press ok it displays the following message -
A problem occurred when initializing your device. Please try again. If NTP is selected but server is unreachable, this error can occur.
Please can someone help me to fix the issue
