Hi everybody,
I've got problems with my Iomega StorCenter ix2-dl. After enabling the Energy Saving feature one of the two drives became degraded. Then I removed and formatted it as Ext4 using a Linux box, and it was considered as normal, but I experienced problems on Shares folders. At the end, I made a factory reset, and now the second drive is considered absent :(

I tried erasing the drive using the Windows diskpart, but nothing...
I tried from the web diagnostics console with "Reset and reload data from drives", but nothing...

The drive seems dead on the NAS, but alive elsewhere, attaching it to Windows or Ubuntu box...

Please help me!
Thank you very much in advance :)

You'll probably want to post in the ix2 subforum.

It's not an ix2-200, but it's an ix2-dl

Ok, but it's certainly not a home media network hard drive. You could post in the general lenovo/iomega forum, or in a subforum of an ix2 that's most similar to your nas.
