I have a ix2-200 with both drives failed. I have new drives, how do I recover? I have looked for procedure and have not found it...sorry if I missed it.

Also, I am not a Linux guy, so I need my hand held with this little.

Thanks!

Download ix2-200-recovery-3.2.6.21659.zip, unzip it to an USB stick, FAT formatted, with at least 1GB free. Insert it in the NAS, together with one or two empty disk(s).
Power up the box, after a few minutes it will power down itself. Remove the stick, power it up again, and enjoy your fresh firmware.
