The device fails to get your external IP address

Hello Guys !

I try to access my cloud I have previously created but he said he did not find the external IP address,

What that could help me please?

Check your dns and gateway settings.

Someone would have a procedure to configure? because I have a little trouble with this :/

My router is a Linksys EA3500

The gateway should be the router address. For DNS you can use for instance Google DNS, 8.8.8.8, or the DNS provided by your ISP. Sometimes you can also use the router address, if the router runs a (proxy) DNS.

Hi,

I still have the same problem for my cloud ..

except that I managed to connect my iscsi storage.

I put on the router and on my NAS the 8.8.8.8 dns and gateway on my NAS is the IP address of my router.

I was not able to configure a static IP address using the ipv4 and gateway with the ip router ....
