I bought USB-TTL converter on chip PL2303 like this
I am using pinout and serial settings from here http://iomega.nas-central.org/wiki/Category:Ix2-200
But I didn't see anything in terminal when I am booting my device
How I can check my converter and my NAS?

You can check your converter by shorting the TX and RX pins. When typing in your terminal emulator you should see a local echo.

You should only connect GND, RX and TX. TX should be connected to RX and vice versa. The Vcc is only for reference, and to feed some old fashioned rs232 to TTL convertors. If it doesn't work, try to exchange the TX and RX pin, as these are often interchanged in documentation. (It's harmless. It's only a 3.3V TTL signal line)

When you can see the output, but the input seems to be ignored, check your handshake (Hardware/Software XonXoff/off). It should be off.
