I own an 8 TB LaCie 4big Quadra Raid drive. I don't know too much about it but I noticed that it's been acting really slow lately. When I reached 500GB of space left on the drive it automatically seemed to start transferring files very slowly. The transfer time changed from 30 minutes to 3 hours and then ended up taking two days to transfer the files from my hard drive to the LaCie Raid. The raid is set up as a Raid 0 so it should be moving completely fast. When I move my mouse curser over the spotlight on my Mac is says my Raid drive is "Indexing volumes" and it has been stuck at 55% for the past day. Does anyone know what this might mean? This happened one other time while owning the drive two weeks ago and I had to repair the drive. Could something be wrong with it?
