Lacie 5big multiple drive failure

I came in this morning to 2 drive failures on my lacie server. Drives 1 and 2 have failed. It will of course no longer boot. Can anyone point me in the right direction for recovery? It would appear it is not supported for a debian based install since it is Orion 5281 based.
