Hello.
Another trouble with the Iomega iConnect Data Station. Time Machine Wi-Fi backup to Iomega Prestige Portable Disk attached to Iomega iConnect fails configuration, reporting "There was a problem connecting to the server 'storage.local'. The version of the server you are trying to connect to is not supported."
Alongside much reading, I have tried the legacy AFP services permission (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4700) and another fix (http://www.somelifeblog.com/2009/02/fix ... twork.html), and still no luck.
I am running MacOS X.8.2 and the latest Iomega firmware and iStorage Manager. The Iomega Prestige Portable Disk (1,5 TB) is equally divided in one NTFS partition (for Win use) and one HFS+ with journaling partition. Both volumes work fine over Wi-Fi for every other task, so what am I missing?
Regards
