failed update from 4.61 to 4.62 (NSA310)

Firstly i've tried to do an auto update over WAN. Then get the messege that update has failed. After that i've downloaded file manually and send it over LAN - still failed. I rebooted my NSA310 and it didn't load properly - power led was flashing and flashing...
So I connect via serial and...
"/zyxel/mnt/nand/sysdisk.img.gz: No such file or directory" it doesn't sound good.

any ideas?

As far as I can see exact your problem was discussed (and solved) in this thread.

That there are 2 such problems in a very short time makes me wonder if there is a bug in 4.61, frustrating updates.
