How can I check the internal disks of the nas326? There is no such option in the gui. If I try to ssh and run e2fsck on the primary disk, the check fails because it is in use.
Shouldn't there be such an option in the gui?
Check disks on NAS326
Re: Check disks on NAS326
In the web interface go to Storage -> Volume. There should be an magnify icon to the right of the volume. If you "hover" on it it will say "scan volume".
If you want to run it from the command line I imagine you would have to unshare and unmount the volume first.

Thanks for the reply, but there is no such icon there. Do you mean Storage Manager->Internal Storage -> Volume menu?

Re: Check disks on NAS326
This is quite different from my NSA310. If you select one of the volumes and then click on "manage" what kind of menu do you get?
Re: Check disks on NAS326
"Manage" stays always ghosted out. I can only choose Create or Edit when I click either one of the volumes.
This is pretty basic NAS functioning. There should be an option somewhere!...
