Does anyone know how to connect the nas320S on win 10? the software installs but I do not see it available in the seeker

The seeker? Do you mean explorer? Or is that some ZyXEL software?

If you mean explorer, it could be a samba issue. Due to the WannaCry worm, Microsoft has been dropping SMB1 support on all still supported platforms. Unfortunately your NAS only supports SMB1. Work around is to use FTP instead, or to update samba on the box.

The NAS seeker not works with some routers, but I don't exactly know why.

Use the NAS's webgui to configure it, and forget that software. Type http://NSA320S/ in your browser tab, and login with admin/1234 credentials.
