Firmware upgrade damaged NSA325?

Post by zortec » Tue Jul 26, 2016 8:48 am

Whilst logged into NSA325 interface I attempted to update the firmware as suggested but on completion the interface would not reload. The NAS is now in a state of perpetual reboot and during each cycle the NAS seeker will detect it for a only a few seconds before the reboot cycle resumes. Is there a way to overcome this problem? I'll be most grateful for any assistance. wi

You can try the emergency upgrade key for 325v2 or 325. Extract the zipfile to a FAT formatted USB stick, plug it in a backport of the NAS, and power it up. It should reflash the firmware. (Without touching your data)
