It's not that bad. The webinterface is still available, and fully functional. Only FFP packages are not embedded.

And all just for torrent reason.
Command line is needed only to install and adjust ffp packages for first run mostly. Transmission can be controlled via web browser gui http://YourNasIP:9091 or with remote client-for example:transmisson-remote-gui, which is available for windows, linux and OSX platforms http://code.google.com/p/transmisson-remote-gui/

Good Morning. I have problem to configure transmission gui with installed on NSA transmission. I configure IP, port, name and password, but I can`t find rpc folder. When I try to open transmission gui I see - connection reset by peer.
By www in NSA panel I can manage client. By www (my ip and port) I can`t.

Check your transmission daemon settings. Should be like this:
"rpc-enabled": true,
BTW. Editing of transmission global settings, requires transmission daemon to be stopped first.
