Plex dev team totally dropped support of armv5 based NAS'es and removed all related packages from their website.
Here are instructions, for those, who are still interested to install last available version for armv5 ZyXel NAS. Prerequisites are ffp and plex media server package installed.

Hi, I had to reset totally my NAS326 and I'm trying to install Plex again.
For I can't install successfully any other version of Plex than 0.9.12, is there anybody with the bin of PlexMediaServer-0.9.12.3.1173-937aac3-arm.bin?
On plex download page it's impossible to download any file

Your NAS has CPU based on armv7 architecture. Have you tried to download:
