anyone can tell me how to convert an Iomega IX4-200D to an IX4-200D “Cloud Edition”?? :roll:

hi ,

the only thing I can tell you, is I BRICKED my ix4-200 for trying to update a "Cloud edition", and the NAS is so dead, the only way to restore it is falshing the kernel by JTAG, that I HAVE NOT succeeded !!!

yeah I figured as much.

Saw a site were a guy successfully done it, but Iomega asked him to remove the content so I figured it was doable.
