Hi, I'm using an IX4-200d in a field office. The DHCP server is down. The NAS should have been set with a static IP but I'm guessing that it was not and now it has a 169.254.x.x. address because it can't find the DHCP server. I pressed the reset button and was able to use StorCenter manager to get to the Network settings page. I entered the correct IP for the subnet and clicked next but it has just been "spinning" for quite some time and has not proceeded any further. The display on the NAS still shows the APIPA address.

This is rather urgent for me because I need to access some image backups on the NAS to restore several virtual servers. Can anyone help me get this NAS reconfigured with the correct network settings? thanks!

Tray on other net with dhcp on.
For me, is not good idea reset ix4, if the problem is dhcp server, resolve dhcp problem, not add other problem.
