Hi everybody,
I got a problem with an official update wich didn't work properly. It was blocked at 95% and after a time It goes on.
But now I can't do a lot of things on the web Interface because each time the device asks me to confirm an action I got a big blank space and no "yes" or "no" button. for clicking !
The same for trying a new update Its possible to browse to find the update file on my PC but not to perform the next action !
I tried to boot one drive at a time and these are the results :
Drives 1,2,4 boot 95% and no UI access.
Drive 3 boot OK but incomplete UI access (no check box)
I have made Datas "backed-up" to another nas and it's not a problem to loose data on this one.
What should I do now ?
Keep drive 3 on his place and swap the other drives ? All in the same time ? one by one ?
Perform and USB recovery ?

Have you already tried to clear your browser cache and cookies, and/or to use another browser?

Well now to avoid to get blocked at 95% for one hour after reboot and in order to prevent crash on drive 3 , I think I need to try a new firmware upgrade to have the firmware complete on each drive ?
