Hi Everyone,
I has acquired an ix4-200d without any disks. Is there anyone on this forum kind enough to give me step by step instructions to resurrect the unit. From what I have read so far on the subject, it is quite a complex proceeure. I would be most grateful for any assistance you can give me.

Download the recovery zipfile here. Extract it to a FAT formatted USB stick with at least 1GB free. Plug it into the nas, and power it on.

Warning: all data on the disks will be destroyed.

Don't forget to hold in the reset button before you turn on power. Keep holding it until you see the light on your USB stick start to blink. Hopefully you have one with an LED.
