i got now the commands working from Linux also fdisk, till by extracting the firmware command,
where must i put first the firmware before i make partitions?
if i put it on the hdd and then make partitions then the firmware will be erased.

You can access the 'normal' harddisk from your computer from within Knoppix.

But another option is to first create the filesystem on the nas disk and mount it, and then download the firmware file directly to that disk. You can unzip and untar it locally. No problem.

What do you expect? I gave you two options, and your feedback is roughly 'doesn't work, do you have another option?'.
I can think of a zillion possibilities, but they all boil down to getting access to that file from your Linux shell. So you'll need to be more verbose in your error description.
