This screendump are the old disks? In that case I don't think the fire destroyed your data. In that case the disks should be dead (=unaccessible). Yet the partition table is destroyed. But erasing the whole disk would take several hours, maybe days, so I think your data is still there.
Are your new disks of at least the same size? In that case you could make a low level copy, and do further data rescue on the new disks.
How was your raid organized? Raid0 or Raid1?
That screendump're the old disks. I think my data's still there but don't know how to get back.
My old two disks run with raid 1.
I've used one old disk and one new disk the same size for rebuild with new buffalo but no result.
