Hello to all,
a few days ago, the NAS has started giving problems. I have a 5Big Network2 with 5 2TB disks in RAID5 .
Disc 1 has gone into fault after a while Disc 2 was reported dirty . I contacted support and after 2 days they told me to do a restore without data loss. I did it , now all disks are online but the NAS is not accessible from the console it will be " Lacie Network Assistant "
Before restoring I saved the diagnostic.zip and this log:
12/05/2014 12:06:19 - The drive in slot 2 is faulty
12/05/2014 12:06:15 - The drive in slot 5 is inactive
12/05/2014 12:06:14 - The drive in slot 4 is inactive
12/05/2014 12:06:13 - The drive in slot 3 is inactive
12/05/2014 12:06:13 - The drive in slot 2 is inactive
12/05/2014 12:05:28 - The RAID array is inactive
12/05/2014 07:11:26 - The drive in slot 5 is synchronizing
12/05/2014 07:11:23 - The drive in slot 1 is missing
12/05/2014 07:11:22 - The RAID array is synchronizing
Can anyone give me some guidance on how to proceed to recover something ?
