Good Day,

I have a 5Big Network 2 that i went to do the new firmware update on. I now cannot seem to get into the device at all. Not showing up in LNA, on my network, on my DHCP list, anything. However - everytime i go to do the recovery mode - the unit seems to take the recovery as it blinks all kinds of lights, power shuts down, boots back up, then after 10 minutes i get a message that LNA is unable to find the device and that i need to contact support. I have contacted them with no avail. I am not sure of what the IP is and if that is somehow causing an issue. I have done the recovery through both my router and directly connected to a pc. I get the same results. Another note - awhile back all 5 1 tb drives were wiped via windows format if that has anything to do with the issue.
