Hello sir,
I want to set up per user web directories of apache on ix2-dl as well as I want to create multiple users in mysql. Users will access databases using phpmyadmin.
My htdocs directory path is /usr/local/sohoWebContent and httpd.conf is in /usr/local/apache/conf as httpd.conf-cp.

How can I achieve this? Please help.

I am logged in as root
If I want to create a new directory in and /usr/local/sohoWebContent, it says, Read Only Filesystem.
If I try to log in to mysql command prompt, it says -sh: mysql: command not found
if I try to install apt-get install phpmyadmin, it says E: Couldn't find package phpmyadmin

Please help me to set up php-apache-mysql on ix2-dl

Unfortunately it's not that simple. The firmware is based on Debian, but the package system is missing. And most of the rootfs is read-only.

The easiest way to get it running is to chroot Debian, I think. There is a problem with that, of course, as you have only one port 80. But maybe you can use a second IP address.
