I am having a nightmare with my cloud box. It could not find the volume drive so I reset to factory settings and now it says no root device, can't create share. Does anyone have any idea what this mean and how I can fix it?
I am using a macbook pro where it does appear in the finder, it also shows up on a pc and on my router but the dashboard won't let me get any further.
Any help would be gratefully received
