Seems your disk has a problem, typically you get this blue flashing at boot time when it cannot detect the disk. This can be a software issue but also a broken hard disk.
Is there important data on your disk that you wan to recover ?
If so you could consider to use our standalone kernel (fvdw-sl) to access your disk an try to recover it. (www.plugout.net).
This kernel can be loaded using the fvdw-sl console that runs under windows and runs completely from RAM without effecting the data on your disk. If the HDD is defective then you will need to replace it and re-install lacie firmware or our fvdw-sl firmware.

the Lacie firmware is the file with .capsule in the final? And where should I write down the Lacie firmware using the telnet connection?
