I've been using my EZ-7 for a couple of years, but now I'm facing a very frightening problem.
None of the default shares are visible through Samba or the HTTP interface. I think the data's still there, since my uTorrent window is still able to seed all the old titles, and Windows Media player can see music and pictures using another service, maybe DLNA?
I'm trying to understand how I can restore the default SMB shares without losing all my data.
What's the best way to approach this problem? I guess I could try to hook up a USB HD and use SSH to copy all the files out, and then reformat, but I'd rather just fix SMB.
