Storage is degraded, and data protection is at risk. It is possible that a disk has failed or has been removed from your Lenovo ix4-300d. Refer to the Board on the management interface for details. To avoid data losses, you should correct this problem as soon as possible.

What is the problem and how can I solve it?

One of the disks is broken, and because of that the RAID array has lost it's redundancy. If another disk dies, you'll loose your data.

It can be fixed by replacing the defect disk. The NAS will add the new disk to the RAID array, and recover it's redundancy. Don't know if it will automatically do so, when a new disk is plugged in. Maybe you'll have to initiate it in the webinterface.

I put the new disk, the NAS automatically reset the RAID. All I had to do is confirm if I want to overwrite the hard disk.

The NAS detects the hard drive perfectly, but keeps coming out that error.

Don't know. Doesn't the logs give more information?

BTW, adding a disk to a degraded array takes several hours. The whole disk has to be written, which will happen at 50~100MB/sec. Your disk is 2TB, so do the math. Maybe your nas still shows the array degraded because it's still rebuilding?
