Recognizable chips
  • Marvell 88F6707-A1 - 800MHz ARMv7 CPU
  • Hynix H27U1G8F2BTR-BC - 1Gbit NAND memory
  • Samsung K4B2G1646E-BCK0 - 2Gbit SDRAM DDR3-1600 128m*16 1.5v
  • Marvell 88e1518-nnb2 - Marvell Alaska Gigabit Ethernet transceiver
  • Richtek rt8289 - Step down regulator
  • cFeon F80-100HCP - 8 Mbit Serial Flash Memory with 4Kbytes Uniform Sector
  • NXF pcf8563 - Real time clock. (But no battery, as far as I could find)
  • ahc74 - Dual D-type flip-flop
  • niko-sem p2003evg - P-Channel Logic Level Enhancement

Further an Realtek RTL8188CE mini PCI Express card can be found, with a build-in antenna.

Couldn't find which chip is responsible for the SD card reader.

Serial port
Attachment:
SerialPort.jpg

The serial port is 3.3V TTL, 115200 8N1.
TP7 GND
TP8 TX
TP9 RX
TP10 Vcc (You know you should only connect GND,TX and RX?)

The bootlog (No disk inserted, no network connection)
Code:
BootROM 1.08
Booting from SPI flash
DDR3 Training Sequence - Ver 2.3.5
DDR3 Training Sequence - Ended Successfully
BootROM: Image checksum verification PASSED
