NAS326 unable to display user interface login page

Post by BigOkie » Mon Nov 14, 2016 3:56 pm

I searched and searched for this but could not find any answer.

I have an issue where my NAS functions absolutely OK, the issue is that when I try to enter the user interface via web, my browser page is blank. If I look at the source it appears it shouldn't be as I can see a lot of java function calls for login and the like.

I am using FFP (not on a stick). It used to work fine, but recently it hasn't and I'm at a loss as to why. I've flushed cookies, done restart after restart. This happens in all browsers.

Has anyone seen an issue like this?

Thank you.

When I disabled FFP, I lost the ability to ssh back into my machine and now I still have no webUI. This really didn't help me but thanks. Guess I'm stuck with no way to configure my NAS. Likely will be the last Zyxel I ever own.

Sorry to read that. Did you already clear your browser cache? The redirect on the 'entry-url' changes with each firmware version, and sometimes this is cached, pointing to a no longer existing page. (And no, I don't know why you don't get a 404 then.)
