LG N4B2 NAS problem

Hi,

I have just bought this NAS server, - and been told to update the firmware, - that done, I could create Raid5.

I have just ran in to a wall, - uploaded a torrent, - worked fine, until I resat the computer, - no permission to contact the file on the NAS, - and even worse, I can not enter the place on the NAS where the file is, in order to delete it.

Any ideas?
