Hi,

I want to build glftpd on my box and xinetd is required to do it.

so with entware-ng I issued:

Code: Select all

opkg install xinetd
and xinted was installed successfully, however I get error:

Code: Select all

~ # /opt/etc/init.d/S10xinetd start
 Starting xinetd... failed.
due

Code: Select all

/i-data/031bbef9/.PKG/Entware-ng/opt/etc/xinetd.d # /opt/sbin/xinetd -f /opt/etc/xinetd.conf -d

good point, I've added example telnet service, added /etc/protocols files to system because it was missing and xinetd works fine.

Thanks!
