Hi All!

I have a problem with my NAS540. Everything works fine but when I try to login thru web interface after I add the username/pw there is a white blank screen and I can't go to the admin page. I tried it from two PC, IOS, and Android without success. I tried three browser too. SSH and all the things works just the login not. I tried to restart manualy and thru SSH but no changes.

The login stop at
Code:
http://nas540/r49971,/desktop,/
address.

Have you any idea?

Did you update the firmware recently?

Yes but I don't know what is the current firmware in the device.
Do you have any suggestion?

As I remember the last thing was a package update but I don't remember what was it.

When you update the firmware, it gets another revision number, which reflects in the URL. The 'entry page', http://nas540, contains a redirect to the actual page, http://nas540/r49971,/login.html, when I'm not mistaken. Unfortunately the browser caches this redirect, which means it doesn't work anymore when the revision changes. So the cache should be cleared if you have problems with the webgui after a firmware updata.

Ok but I cleared all the cache and for one try I install a new browser (Mozilla) and tried but the same problem occurs.

And the
Code:
http://nas540/r49971,/desktop,/login.html
page works without problem so I think the problem is not with the numbers.

Do you have any packages installed? FFP on a NAS326 fw5.20 sometimes gives the same problems. Although I have no clue why. Link.

Yes this was the problem. Thanks for the idea!
I stopped ffp and works the login.

How can I remove ffp from the system? (it is not in stick)
