The NAND flash is partitioned in two MTD partitions.
The first contains the iboot boot loader, starting at offset 32768. (the first block is inaccessible)
The second contains the firmware as-is.
Do access these create mtdblock0 and mtdblock1 device nodes. The kernel allows both read and write access to both, but don't mess with mtdblock0 unless you know what you are doing as this can easily brick your device.. (it's iboot who is responsible for the TFTP boot emergency recovery...)
