Sorry for the inconvenience, but need a lot of help.
My ix4-200d is presenting failure in 3 of the 4 discs.
My big question is: Can I change only the three who are failing even for a different model that will stay in it?
Or need to change a model exactly like the one to stay in it?
And another hypothesis, if I need to change so that they are equal 4 models, which model I could're putting? Anyone 1TB 7200 RPM or need to put with the same configuration that is already in storage with 1TB 5900 RPM Seagate Barracuda?
Thanks for attention

Normally you can mix up disks of different brands in a Linux software raid array. I can't think of a reason why you couldn't do it here.
But isn't it strange that you have 3 failing disks out of 4? Do those disks also show up faulty in another device? Else I'd suspect the nas itself.
